LINKS ARTS MENTORING PROGRAM 2025

The partnership between the Links LAMP program and Cultural Arts Everywhere represents a powerful alliance dedicated to nurturing young artistic talent and fostering creativity within the community. While Cultural Arts Everywhere serves as a dynamic not-for-profit incubator that champions collaborative projects across various artistic disciplines including Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Culinary Arts, Literary Arts, Language Arts, and Film Arts, the Links LAMP program focuses on empowering high school performing and visual artists through mentorship and structured opportunities. By combining strengths, these organizations create a comprehensive platform that not only showcases and educates young artists but also emphasizes the importance of discipline, self-trust, and perseverance.

Together, they unlock potential and provide a pathway for youth to envision a purposeful future, helping them develop the skills needed to thrive both in the arts and in life. This partnership exemplifies a commitment to promoting creativity, respect, and human connection, ultimately inspiring the next generation of leaders.

The Links, Incorporated is an international, not-for-profit corporation, established in 1946. It is one of the nation’s oldest and largest volunteer service organizations committed to enriching, sustaining, and ensuring the culture and economic survival of African Americans and other people of African ancestry

The Orlando (FL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is dedicated to harnessing the transformative power of the Arts to empower the next generation of creatives. By fostering discipline, creativity, and perseverance, we believe that the Arts can unlock a world of possibilities for talented young minds. That's why we're excited to invite exceptional 8th-grade and high school performing and visual artists from the Orlando area to apply for our prestigious Links Arts Mentoring Program (LAMP).

This comprehensive program offers a unique opportunity for selected students to thrive in a nurturing environment, where they'll have access to masterclasses, workshops, concerts, and exhibition opportunities throughout their high school journey.

Our goal is to equip these emerging artists with the skills, confidence, and expertise needed to succeed in college and beyond, whether they pursue a career in the Arts or leverage their creative talents to excel in other fields. By joining LAMP, talented young artists will become part of a vibrant community that values innovative thinking, self-expression, and academic excellence.
